Bowie County Judge Bobby Howell ordered a shelter in place for the county, and that, of course, includes Texarkana, Texas.
This after a few more positive cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in the county. 3 out of 75 tests have come back positive. Texarkana Arkansas and Miller County will not be going to shelter in place at this time, due to different guidelines for such action in the state of Arkansas. However, they are asking people to cut back on unnecessary activities and adhere to the curfew which is in effect from 10 pm to 6 am.
