Texarkana Area Veterans Council 21st Annual Chili Cook-Off, Friday, February 14th. Open to the public from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM at Texarkana College, Truman Arnold Center.

Cooks will compete for trophies for Business, Civic Groups, and Individual. The public will vote for

Peoples’ Choice and Best Presentation.

Tickets are $6.00 to sample each chili. Win door prizes.
