Redwater High School students won the TxDOT Traffic Safety Public Service Announcement competition held Tuesday in Jefferson.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation Press Release:
The students created a video about the hazards of distracted and drunk driving and beat out ten other schools from the TxDOT Atlanta District which covers a nine-county area of Northeast Texas. The funds of $1,500 will go towards this year’s Project Celebration at the school.
Congratulations to the students from Redwater, and the students from all the area high schools who participated.
