...more of my blogs
Yesterday, the rumor mill went into high gear locally. I have been contacted privately and publicly several times over regarding, “My friend just told me that there’s a person in the hospital, and they have the coronavirus!”
Tomorrow is Fat Tuesday, the BIG Mardi Gras Day in New Orleans, and elsewhere. Parades, parties, food, beverages, and general hilarity will abound. The next day is the Big Reality Check of Ash Wednesday. Tweet Share +1

Sigh. I will be late for my own funeral service.
3- What quirks do you have?
Hmmm. I won’t get out of a parked car until ‘Stairway to Heaven’ or ‘Free Bird’ are finished. I pick up every penny I see on the ground. I don’t like garden gnomes, hominy, or snakes. Is that quirky enough for you?

Several classic country songs that I sing with bands or perform karaoke-hosting. Too many to mention here!

I’d actually love to be a hip-hop deejay, just for fun. I’d love to learn how to scratch, work beats, drop audio clips. I think that would be totally cool! And, I would like to learn how to play guitar. (That’s probably more plausible)

At home, propped up in my recliner with a glass of wine, in front of the tv, talking with Stuart and Ben, scratching our Corgi GiGi’s chin with my foot, as one or both of the cats lie on the arms of the chair. It’s my comfy, happy spot.
